2024年4月25日至27日，中国驻伦敦旅游办事处主任张力专程赴爱丁堡进行了为期2天的访问活动。在爱丁堡访问期间，张力主任会见了爱丁堡市议会工党党魁、爱丁堡多个艺术节董事会成员卡米·戴议员、苏格兰旅游局亚太和中东市场经理基思·坎贝尔先生和爱丁堡旅游局主任格丽特·麦克尼尔先生等多位文旅界人士，向对方介绍了我办的工作职能和加强同苏格兰文旅机构合作的愿望，受到各方积极热烈的回应。张力主任还拜会了中华人民共和国驻爱丁堡总领事张飙，就今后同总领事馆在文旅领域进行合作的可行性进行了积极商讨。

      Director Zhang Li of the China National Tourist Office in London Visits Edinburgh

      From April 25th to 27th, 2024, Director Zhang Li of the China National Tourist Office in London paid a two-day visit to Edinburgh. During his visit, Director Zhang Li paid visits to prominent figures in the cultural and tourism sectors, including Councillor Cammy Day, Leader of the City of Edinburgh Council, Keith Campbell, Asia-Pacific and Middle East Market Manager of VisitScotland, and Margaret McNeil, Director of the Edinburgh Tourism Action Group. Director Zhang Li introduced the function of this office and expressed sincere willingness of enhancing collaboration with Scottish cultural and tourism entities, receiving enthusiastic responses from all those sides. Furthermore, Director Zhang Li also made a courtesy visit to Consul General Zhang Biao of the People's Republic of China in Edinburgh to explore potential cooperation in the fields of culture and tourism in the future.
